p897 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. If p897 discovers at any time that you do not meet these requirements, p897 reserves the right to immediately close your account and void any winnings accrued during the period of ineligibility.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the p897 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. p897 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying p897 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

p897 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from p897 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the p897 support team immediately.

p897 may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account or close an existing account without providing a reason, subject to the return of any verified account balance.

All financial transactions on the p897 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). p897 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability:

• GCash and PayMaya (Maya) e-wallets
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking transfers
• Other payment methods as may be added to the Platform from time to time

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your p897 account within minutes of a successful transaction. p897 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. p897 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your name. p897 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

p897 reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

p897 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all p897 promotions include:

All games available on the p897 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

The following conditions apply to all gameplay on p897:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

You may close your p897 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification checks.

p897 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
